چکیده
Choroidal metastasis in 23–30 % of cases have multifocal growth. In 10–20 patients do not subjective complaints, due to eccentrical localization choroidal metastases. these cases, they are detected by chance during examination. the literature there is no information on possibility early diagnosis “small” foci metastatic lesions choroid using optical coherence tomography (OCT). The aim. To identify diagnostic signs Materials and methods. study included 4 whom metastases (15 foci) were visualized ultrasound. Results. metastases, which ultrasound, mainly characterized a growth pattern, located outside central regions fundus. OCT picture was expansion complex up 1300 μm with an asymmetric shape slopes, irregularities its anterior surface moderate hyporeflective structure. At same time, Bruch’s membrane preserved, but violation architectonics choriocapillary layer characteristic flat profile sclera. Secondary changes proper retina represented thickening retinal pigment epithelium, edema photoreceptor nuclear layers, while neuroepithelium detachment (NED) appears when focus more than 400 thick. Initially, can be fundus examination MultiColor OCT, as appear – hyperreflective inclusions NED, blue-peak autofluorescence (BAF) hyperBAF point hypoBAF inclusions, leads change pictures mode. Conclusion. For all burdened oncological history, even absence visual addition both eyes, it necessary provide short-wave modes, followed zones changes.
